ABOUT AWESOME B.R.A.T.S.

Military children are often affectionally referred to as "brats." However, we wanted to apply a very specific definition to the term, so we created this acronym for the word brats. Whenever the word "B.R.A.T.S." (brats) appear on this website, it will mean brave, resilient, adolescents & teenagers of service-members.

There are several Awesome B.R.A.T.S. all over the world and we believe that those B.R.A.T.S. should be recognized for how amazing they truly are!

When military children relocate, not only do those children carry a broad range of emotions, but it can also be difficult to establish a solid history regarding community service or belonging to special clubs; this is where Awesome B.R.A.T.S. come in! Regardless of where their family is stationed, children can remain connected to Awesome B.R.A.T.S. while also participating in our activities. Many military children love being active in their communities, but often have a hard time finding an organization that supports their unique lifestyle. 

At Awesome B.R.A.T.S., we are dedicated to supporting the children of military service-members regardless of where they're stationed. Our mission is to create a space where military children come together with their skills and thoughtfulness for the service of others as they make a difference! Our official organization will also provide children with opportunities to participate in various events and activities that help others. These kids, like their parents, serve our communities in countless ways!​​
